Benelli 828U Silver 30" Over And Under Shotgun

The first over and under shotgun that is worthy of the Benelli name and straight away it feels like a Benelli shotgun. The 828U has the strength of steel thanks to the patented steel locking system and plate but only weighs 6.5 lbs thanks to the aluminium construction. From the butt to the end of the barrels there is nothing on the 828U that hasn't be thought about and improved. A ventilated Carbon Fibre stepped rib saves weight and improves handling. Benelli Crio barrels are cryogenically treated to relieve the stresses caused by hammer forging the barrel which can cause the barrel to expand and contract unreliably when firing, effecting shot patterns. The barrel is also noticeably easier to clean because it has a more consistent finish.

The Benelli Progressive Comfort recoil reduction system incorporates three sets of flexible interlocking buffers designed to absorb recoil at different stages depending on the strength of the load. The Quadrafit stock shim system gives easy adjustment of drop, cast and comb height ensuring the 828U can be fitted to anyone, the length of pull can be altered by purchasing a different length Progressive Comfort recoil pad. A removable trigger system makes cleaning easier.
