CZ 457 Varmint Synthetic .22 LR 16" Rifle

The new CZ 457 rimfire rifle is finished to a high standard. It features a newly designed more positive, ergonomic and easy to use safety which is located on the receiver not on the bolt as on older CZ rifles, this new safety also allows the bolt to be opened on safe. The 457 models have a striker status indicator showing when the rifle is cocked and when it has been fired, it also has a newly designed ergonomic and easy to use bolt release located on the left side of the receiver instead of having to pull the trigger firmly to remove the bolt.

CZ have ensured that the new CZ 457 model will be accurate featuring a hammer forged barrel, new and improved adjustable trigger, a new type of bedding and improved ergonomics. The have also built them to be as reliable and long lasting as other CZ rifles with improvements being made to the finish on steel parts to increase durability and corrosion resistance.

The new CZ 457 rifles take CZ 455 magazines. Supplied with 5 round magazine, threaded 1/2" UNF for a sound moderator.
