The HW98 has been designed for comfort and accurate shooting. The rifle does not have open sights so a telescopic sight is needed. It is well balanced and smooth to cock making for a pleasurable shooting experience. The world famous "Rekord" trigger improves consistency and a heavy barrel sleeve reduces the recoil whilst the ambidextrous stock with adjustable cheek piece ensures the Weihrauch HW98 is comfortable to shoot.

The Stock features stippling on pistol grip and forearm for a higher level of grip, an adjustable cheekpiece and adjustable buttplate allowing a perfect fit to be achieved for optimum comfort.
